Louisa is an IFS Therapist and Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working therapeutically with people of all ages

Welcome. I'm Louisa, Psychologist and IFS Therapist. I work with clients of all ages, including:

  • Children, young people and parents

  • Adults, individually and in couples/groups

My aim is to support your journey so that you can move through life with more calm, choice, freedom and joy. I know that this is possible for everybody despite how painful our experiences of life may have been, and how hard things may be feeling right now.

My therapy is creative and flexible, adapted based on who my clients are. I draw upon Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy & bring in other approaches and experiences. I am a practicing Child, Educational and Community Psychologist (HCPC registered) and a qualified IFS therapist. I draw upon my understanding from years of practicing yoga (and teaching it sometimes too!), my clinical work and my personal therapeutic journey, in knowing that our mind and body are linked and that parts of us can show up in the body. My approach is playful, creative and always adapted based on who my clients are. I value difference and diversity in all aspects. I am experienced in working with neurodivergent people and those with learning differences.

I have limited availability for new clients at the moment, but if you feel a resonance with my approach, feel free to get in touch and we can check if our schedules may align before arranging a free phone/teams consultation. In this chat, up to 30 minutes, we get to know each other to help us decide if we want to work together. I work mostly from my therapy room (pictured above), which is in Colden Common, Winchester. I also work online and occasionally elsewhere.
